About Studio Bask

I created Studio Bask as a space to ground, strengthen, and connect- to others, but really to yourself.

My journey began in classical Pilates studios, where I fell in love with the precision and beauty of alignment. As my work deepened, so did my understanding that true strength isn’t just physical, it’s energetic.

After completing my 600-hour, comprehensive Pilates certification, I became a NASM-certified personal trainer. Seeing my training as just the starting point, I continue to learn through private sessions and continuing education, studying under a direct lineage of Joseph Pilates.

Over time, my movement practice evolved into something more ritualistic. I wanted to offer my clients not just a workout, but a space to feel seen. A space that honors rest as much as resistance.

Bask was born from that vision. What started as 1:1 training soon expanded into intimate retreats for women, each one fostering movement, growth, and connection. Today, Bask exists as a place for those seeking deeper presence in their practice and in themselves.

Whether through private sessions or retreats, I’m here to help you bask in your body and build strength that lasts.
