Studio Bask offers private and semi-private Pilates and strength training sessions by appointment only.

What to Expect

  • Start with three one-on-one sessions where I’ll assess your movement, get to know your body and understand your unique needs and goals.

  • These sessions are also your chance to tune in and notice how the work is challenging both your body and mind.

  • If it feels like the right fit, we’ll move forward with ongoing sessions tailored to support your long-term strength and well-being.
